THEY SEEM TO BE VERY NICE PEOPLE I BUT I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO RESURFACE THE POPCORN CEILING THEY REPAIRED, AND THEY ALSO "REPAIRED " THE ROOF WHERE IT WAS LEAKING THROUGH THE CEILING.. I HAD TO GO UP ON THE ROOF AND CLEAN UP THE MESS THEY LEFT UP THERE.. ..WHILE I WAS UP ON THE ROOF I NOTICE THEY LEFT OFF A ROW OF SHINGLES BY THE RIDGECAP.. HOW COUOLD THEY HAVE NOT NOTICED THAT?? SO YESTERDAY IT RAINED, AND I FOUND THE ROOF REPAIR TO STILL BE LEAKING! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED... ! I PAID THEM FOR THE COMPLETED JOB ALREADY.. I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM THAT THE ROOF WAS STILL LEAKING, AND THEY ARE NOW PUTTING OFF FIXING IT TILL NEXT WEEK! THE CEILING COULD BE RUINED BY THEN!... SO FRUSTRATING!!

I am very sorry you are telling me you are not happy now after you had already left us 5 star review on thumbtack and you telling me you were very happy.When I talked to you this morning i did not think it was from the repair we did previously so I said we could do it Monday. You did not tell me that you thought that was a problem.I happened to be going by your house a little later and called you to see if I could see what you are talking about. You said I could and when I came there was nothing leaking in the area where we did the repair but was on the back porch at your metal roof about 12ft from our repair.I told you we could come spray water in the leaking area and see where it is leaking and try to fix it for free.The area by the ridge cap you are talking about was above the area repaired and did not need more shingles.I did tell you though I would put more shingles there if you wanted.We told you when we did the repair that you had 4 layers of shingles on your roof and it would be best to remove them all and install new shingles but you did not want to do this.I am very disappointed that you continue to leave bad reviews on my company for things you have been told are out of our control.That being said we will still come and try to fix the new leak for no charge.Sincerely Brad Ganka-Ganka Painting,LLC"

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Ganka Painting did an absolutely great job removing an old popcorn ceiling, skim coating and painting it and doing some difficult drywall repairs. However, during our final inspection there was some damage noted to the kitchen walls caused by pulling off the tape they used to cover the cabinets- not a big deal, a simple fix which Mr Ganka told me would be taken care of so I went ahead and paid him for the job (definitely my mistake). One reminder phone call and two weeks later, no one has returned to fix it. It is such a disappointing way to end what had been a very positive experience and so easily could've been avoided. Update- The repairs have been completed now and look good. I would recommend this company.

The only problem I have wrong is his part of the deal. His answers were untrue. Everything he told me, he lied. The guys he got to do the work did a fantastic job. Him, I would rather deal with someone else. I deal with honesty. That is a check to. I do not think he is honest.

We had a complicated weather stripping repair and installation. There was an issue with one of the doors. They located the best part to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door and now there is no longer a gap where the water was coming into the house.
