My pipes busted due to freezing weather. Everyone I've called told me tomorrow, but when I called this company he was able to come out within 30 mins. He looked at the damage and explained to me exactly what needed to be fixed. I have to say I had two pipes which one was to the main house and the other for my water softener. I haven't used the water softener in years so he told me that he can fix both pipes but it costs a little bit more or he could just fix the pipe that goes to the house and it won't cost that much. I was very happy that he was honest with me about the situation. I think if somebody else would have come out, they would have taken advantage of my situation. If anything else breaks down in my house I would definitely call him again and I would recommend him to all my friends. He has done a remarkable job and I am grateful to him and his prompt service.

Mr. Gann is very prompt and professional. He surveyed our A/C, told us the problem and had us working in less than 2 hours. We are quite impress with his work, so much so, we are scheduling year round maintenance.
