About us

At Gannage Design & Construction we consider ourselves a boutique construction company; handling only a hand full of clients each year. We do this to maintain a superior level of service and communication as our top priority. We are a Design-Build Firm, a method which is sometimes compared to the "master builder" approach, one of the oldest forms of construction procedure. This allows us to be your one point of contact, alleviating stress and communication errors. Our goal is to provide you with a construction process you would do again!

Professional, honest, personable, efficient, transparent, from original estimate to completion. Came in on budget. I was particularly impressed with Mikhail's problem-solving talent when encountering unanticipated challenges in our kitchen countertop and shelf installation. He, Cain, and Denise were a delight to work with. Next comes a bathroom shower.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
The cabinets were falling off of the shelves, they didn't put them in right. Brand new pipes are coming out and leaking. They never called back. The contractor said not to worry and everything would be fine. I don't hear from them anymore. I called them about 2 weeks ago.
Response from Gannage Design and Construction Facebook
"Judith, I am very sorry that you are not pleased with your project. However the work you are mentioning was not performed by us. We only installed base cabinets, you chose to hire another person to finish the plumbing and install the sink."

Wonderful experience from first meeting to completion of project. Good communication throughout. New deck and fence both look great. Even had them install an iron railing next to the driveway. Very happy with it too.

I hired Gannage Construction to build a 200sq. Ft. wine storage adjoining an existing cellar. Mikhail was prompt replying to my call and he did his due diligence to find what the project would involve. He managed his subcontractors smoothly and seamlessly. We are very pleased with the finished project. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him for future projects.

Mikhail was great to work with from beginning to end for our master bath remodel! He's very knowledgeable in many aspects of construction and educated us along the way which helped us to make necessary decisions. He effectively managed the subcontractors and kept us informed on status. He even completed a couple of small projects that we needed done with an easy change order. The quality of his work was excellent and we would certainly hire him again!
