Professional, high quality and quick response. They installed french drains in the perimeter around my backyard, graded it and rolled grass sod on top. Prior to the installation, the water remained almost halfway towards my house! Now, within hours, my backyard drains! I haven't had a chance to walk on it yet. I have to wait three weeks for the grass sod to take root. Either way, I'm excited to have a backyard to finally enjoy! Thank you Matt, Don and your team!

Was able to help repair a damaged lawn after a large tree was removed. He followed up a week after the job was completed to ensure grass was growing and took the time to touch up where he thought needed more attention. Would highly recommend.

Right before my sod installation this guy had someone leave. The quote was probably low, and the promises high. They followed through with every promise the man who left made. (most of it was in the contract, but some was not). They did a really really really nice job. This guy Matt has a lot of integrity. The woman who answers the phone is adorable, and seemingly capable of doing nine things at the same time well.

I had difficulty getting them to come to the house to give an estimate. The prices seem fair. The service seems good, although little work was done since I hired them in the fall. When given prices for the following season, they seemed to have added a little here and there, yet claiming the prices were being held. The monthly cost was switched back down to what I was paying. However, they added an extra one-time fee for the following season that was never disclosed when I hired them for the end of the fall season. I chose to go with them anyway, with little choice.

Retaining Wall Installation
Just met with Matt Garabedian of MG Property Management. He was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, he brought to my attention a very important structural question that three (3) other contractors (not thru ServiceMagic) had missed entirely. Obviously, he knows what he's doing.
