Our garage door broke before, and we had it repaired by another company for less money. However! 6 weeks later it came off the track again, just like before. This time we hired Garage Door Champions. They came by hours within our call, fixed the garage door (quite expensive exercise) and then gave us a five-year guarantee that it would not happen again, or they would repair it for free. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!

Ariel was very prompt and thorough. His work was topnotch. I'm not sure how his prices compare to other companies, as I needed the work to be done and did not have time to get quotes from other companies. I highly recommend.

Ariel came out same day I called and replaced garage door springs. He was professional and explained everything that needed to done prior to starting the repair.

I wanted to replace my garage door. The tech, Ariel Sakar recommended a repair instead. He said it the door was still in good shape but that it simply needed a new mecanism. After some though, I went with his recommendation and saved $500-$700 on the low end, and as much as $1500, depending on what I would have spent on a new door. I appreciate his recommendation. He was also quick in getting the job done with quality.
