We would first like to say that Ken responded to our request for service very quickly. He then attempted first to fix the garage door opener. Once he knew that was not possible he installed a new one that we had purchased. He communicated with us every step of the way. We found him both courteous and professional.

Received a call from Ken within an hour of posting on line. Explain the problem and he offered to repair the garage door that evening or first thing the next morning. I choose the next morning and he arrived on time and had the door working within 30 minutes. Very profession, prompt and knowledgible. I highly recommend him

Ken responded quickly and arrived at my house within the hour. He checked the damage and lowered the original quote by $70 because my replacement extension springs cost less than the torsion springs. He completed the repair in less than one hour. Courteous and excellent service at a very reasonable price. In the future I will definitely call Garage Door Maintenance Co with any garage door issues.
