I called them on a Sunday for repair. They said they could come out the next day. It was going to pour Minday, so I asked about Tuesday. No problem. Roy (who is great) came out and replaced my springs in a half hour. Perfect! Highly recommend!

Great experience. Roy our tech called and asked if he could arrive early. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the wall controller and gave us a tune up. The work was done expertly and efficiently. A great experience! We highly recommend this company.

Tomar was fantastic- prompt, professional, and affordable - camp out quickly and fixed the spring that broke on my door and tuned it up. Everything working great now, I would absolutely recommend them and use again.

I’m very impressed! Late last night I left a message about an issue with my garage door. First thing in the morning, I received a call and was offered several time frame options. The technician, Roy, even called to ask if it would be okay to arrive a bit earlier. When he arrived, he quickly identified the problem, clearly explained what was wrong, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He also went over the warranty terms in case anything didn’t work properly after he left. The price was reasonable. I truly appreciate the professionalism and respect for my time. These guys are great! Responsive, fast, professional, great to deal with. They picked up the phone every time, were on time or early every time, explained options to me and didn't steer me towards their product, in and out and cleaned up. Would for dang sure hire these guys again. Scott is the man (great singer too....)! Update: Called these guys a second time for another problem we were having and got the same excellent response, service, and price! These guys are top notch and I recommend them 100%! Second Update (02/2026): 3rd time we have used GDP and these guys are outstanding. Same day service and Tomar did an amazing job. Thank you!

Tomar responded quickly, gave us a quick estimate for a repair option and a replacement option. No high pressure sales, just good information about the pros and cons. We decided to replace and are very happy with the results.
