Very nice and professional. The only disagreement was we were told $175 on the phone and then it was $215 when he was done and he said that is what we were quoted.

"The repair for 1 spring is $175.00 and for 2 springs is $215.00 customer was given the options of both prices over the phone. When tech did the repair the customer opted to change the 2 springs, since they were the same age and worn."

I cannot tell you how pleased I was that I chose Garage Door Professionals. Everyone I dealt with was compassionate towards my situation and everyone was friendly. They provided a fast service time and was actually within the timeframe they gave me. The service person was really nice and resolved all my garage door issues. The costs were reasonable as well. I called them as I had been so disappointed with another local company that just didn't seem to care anything about me as a customer, I am so GLAD I chose Garage Door Professionals, I will be a lifelong customer!

Fast service and the 3 doors look and work great! Tina was a joy to work with as was her husband. I called them back to replace the seals on the sides of the doors and they did so quickly and at no additional cost. Thanks!
