Just a few weeks after the door was installed, it stopped working and the owner did not show up for the follow up repair. After numerous attempts to reach him via phone, he could not be contacted. Very disappointed.

Although he is not in Home Advisors network, he knew about my quest and called me He installed a new door opener fast, but he gave me no paperwork for the warranty or a company invoice, which I need for my records. He did not respond to my calls when I had problems with the door. I don't know how he knew about my query for a garage door person since he is not a member of Home Advisor. Maybe he has a friend that is, and that person gave him the info. From my experience with him, I feel he is not trustworthy.

Runaway from this bogus company Garage Door Pros or All-star Garage! Nathan Holland aka Terry B Are scammers the work that was done was not complete and once the money is secured you will never hear from them. Not sure why Porch.com all promoting this fake company. Do not use this company for your garage door projects!! Again when you hear the name Garage Door Pros RUN As FAR away as you can, do not become a victim!!!!

I went in and put in a request to have the garage door contractor call me today. I received a call from the contractor at 10:02 am. He told me he could come out after he completed his customer he was with. He said he would call me 30 minutes before heading my way. At 5:06 pm I decided to call him at 5:06 pm to see what happened. He said I forgot, I did some other things. He wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. I had to remind him that as we discussed during the initial call, I will not be available for the rest of the week, which is why we scheduled the work to be done today. I feel like my time was wasted waiting on the contractor to arrive. I could have scheduled another vendor to come and repair my garage door opener. The customer service was not there.

Fast, came same day. Fair. Did great work. Told price before we hired and it was the same five or take $20. I would defend recommend. Bummed he doesn’t do other things besides garage door stuff, I would hire for other things

Installed was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Good Customer service and he arrived on time. The issue I have is that the wires were left exposed no electrical tape or wire splices were used also multiple unnecessary holes were drilled into the ceiling where the bracket was mounted.

He came within two hours, fixed it fast, even reprogrammed the garage door. Awesome job! I will let others know about him

Our garage door suddenly jumped off it's track. Nathan came out within a few hours to diagnose the problem. He was able to come.back the following morning with parts. He was efficient and professional. Very friendly and presented us with options that were affordable which was appreciated. Highly recommend

He was early and informed my wife of his arrival time. Prompt and respective. Nathan explained the work to my wife, so she understood respectfully. She felt she was treated great and was very comfortable with Nathan. in our home. We will use him again if the need arises, hopefully, not too soon :).
