Steve was very professional and calming. I was pretty frustrated with my garage breaking but Steve made me feel at ease and made things simple. Steve came day of and made the fix and let me tell you he worked hard to make to sure it was back up and running. I highly recommend Steve and his work ethic and customer service is top tier! I had an issue with my garage door and had another company come out, but the issue never got resolved correctly so I found Mr. Savino and he came out and worked around my busy schedule, was on time, knowledgeable, explained what went wrong, and what he did to fix it and I could not have asked for a better price!!
