Garage Door Repair

Appointment was for 12:00 to 2:00. Did not arrive until 5:00. Finished at 7:00 p.m. Time management seems to be a problem.

They came out and looked at our project to replace an old garage door and opener same day we requested and replace the next day. Great job, friendly, and cleaned up the project completely. told would be here around 9a showed up at 11:45a was told another project took longer then expected they were very nice they replaced broken spring and bearings and plates used garage door opener 2 times then it stopped working Steve apologized said he really wanted this to work but that the motor on opener was weak when they got here and now it had just given out said all that could be done was replace garage door opener Steve said he would do it that day I declined said didn't have money would do it later so they installed a manual lock on door so I could use it manually and lock door I did some research on my own and found out that the starter motor capacitor had blown out I replaced it my self for only $12.00 now garage door opens and closes just fine they were very cheap with the items they replaced but almost cost me $250.00 more then I really needed to spend I dont think they tried to rip me off just think they were not as knowledgeable about openers as they should have been.

He came out the same day as my request , found my problem , told me what needed to be done and completed the job the same day

Our 19 year old basic original garage door was warped, cracked, and had a tear. It wouldn't raise or lower correctly. It was actually hitting the house. We needed a new door, chose the triple layer insulated version (which is awesome BTW - solid & quiet). Steve was on time & helpful. He drove from our house in Fort Collins to Denver in heavy afternoon traffic, picked up the new door, drove back to Fort Collins. Started installation at 6pm on a cold December night, finished at 8pm. New springs, spindles, everything except the track (which was in good shape), connected corrrectly to the opener. And he had to see another customer in Thornton after he finished the job at our house! I doubt any medium or large size corporate garage door company would do that. Was happy to hire this small business person.

Responded immediately with a fair quote (better than the others that responded after), and when we decided to take the plunge, they were able to come later that day. They were friendly and efficient. We spent a little extra than anticipated, but it was because our garage door was missing a piece we didn't realize. They had that piece there with them, and were able to give us a good price.

I have been fighting this garage door opener for years. Had both openers changed out. They came the same day, did and did good work. I would recommend them.

Steve was very prompt, knowledgeable and honest about all of his assessments with the service I needed. I initially needed the cables re-spooled, but upon completion, Steve noted that the root cause was a faulty opener and gave me a lot of info on reasons to change the setup of my current opener to a Jackshaft setup as it would be the most beneficial for my side mounted needs. I WOULD RECOMMEND STEVE TO ANYONE!!!

Steve and his brother Brian showed up right on time for a 6:45 pm estimate...Informed me of cost and I requested a 7am install in 2 days and they showed up promptly at 7am on a Thursday...They got right to work and completed project in under 2 hrs...Steve even did a little trim work for me at no extra charge...Haul away came later and left everything picked up and in order... Would definitely recommend...
