James added 2 new HD torsion springs, 2 end bearing plates, and 10 new roller wheels all within an hour. He probably would have finished sooner but he was explaining what he was doing as I was watching him work.

I called and they were in the area and available with the correct spring within 2 hours. Efficient and professional. Very knowledgeable and excited to do the work. Was done replacing the spring within 30 minutes. Good experience for me

They were late on the arrival time. When they got here they started to work and did a vey good job. They did not have all the parts with them which made the job long than should have taken. The person that took the call did not ask the height of the door, so the rail was to short.

Installation of two new garage doors to replace 26 year old doors was recommended. James helped me select a color that matched beautifully so I didn t need to hire anyone to paint it.

Previous contractor said my garage door opener could not be fixed. Cost was $3000 to replace opener with new door. James was able to fix the issue and helped me avoid the unexpected replacement. Much appreciated.
