HGS Hopper Garage Service

I don't do a 5 star reivew unless the service goes over and above what is expected. Great Service form HGS for garage door spring replacement. Quick response time for the repair. Fast, efficient and honest with no surprises. Did more than what was needed at no additional cost. No attempt for upsell.

My garage door was about to fall apart at the hinges and fall on my car. Tom called within 4 minutes of my request being posted on a Sunday morning. He was here within an hour. He was able to repair the door temporarily and then helped me choose a new door and order it for installation within 2 weeks. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend HGS to a friend in a heartbeat.

Tom was able to carve out time in his busy schedule to fit in an appointment next business day. Courteous and prompt he got the job done. He earned my recommendation and repeat business in the future.

What made me go with this company for our garage door project is the person behind the business. Tom is a great guy that sold me on hiring me not because of his price, which is lower than most, but because of his expertise and honesty. We had two openers installed one needed a mounting bracket. The project was finished in a extremely timely manner and he even went above and beyond. No surprise costs everything was on the table. Weâ d recommend HGS Hopper to everyone for all garage door needs.
