Wes and Kayla are super people to meet and see work on a difficult installation. They were quick and professional. My 87 year old father loves his newly installed door opener and appreciates the added security and safety in this inclement weather. I would recommend these folks to anyone!

Something I would say about them it's that don't push you to one or other choices between repair or get a new one. Present the options and pros and cons. I really like that. Reasonable price!

Even though it took 2 trips to complete, due to not having enough materials - Wes kept me informed every step of the way. He even adjusted one bay door without any additional charge. He provided excellent Customer Service!

All, if you need anywork or a new install.. you will not be disappointed... Just installed two doors with openers.. very happy with them. I did my research and Wes saved me easily 20% over apples to apples quotes.. Wes raise your pricing up a bit.. you deserve it... they are based out of Bowling Green, KY.. and my work was done in Goodlettsville TN.. so they travel too. Thanks Wes

We were very pleased with his work and trying to get the newer garage panels on the old frame but the one door is still very hard to lift . Hoping a new garage door opener will help that problem .

The price was very good, they replaced the garage door spring quickly and after they were finished they checked all the door hardware and oiled the tracks

This company is a very good dependable company. They were very friendly and precise with there knowledge of there work. They evaluated the problem and gave a very reasonable price on repair. They started the job and walked me thru every step of there process.I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've dealt with other companies and was refreshing to see such honest trustworthy people. If your looking for a company to attend to any of your Garage Door needs and you don't hire these people you will be making a BIG mistake.

Among the best experiences in home repair that I have experienced in 25 years as a homeowner: Their promptness, friendliness, high quality work, strong work ethic and care shown as well as their willingness to answer my questions and quote for free were much appreciated. The job was successfully completed with attention given to every detail. Plus, the area was left with absolutely no mess. This was all done at a very reasonable price. I did not know of this company until researching repair services on HomeAdvisor.com: This was the first time I hired them and will do so again when needed. 1 of 2: Garage Door Repair The job included repairing a non-functioning 16-foot wide, metal panel garage door. These door issues were in no small part to improperly constructed upper rail mounts that would cause the rails to move and cause the door rollers to fall from these rails. After studying how-to videos and buying special tools on adjusting garage doors, my patient attempts were unsuccessful. In fact, there were several issues that I would have never known that were contributing to the issues that this company addressed. These issues included: • A lower rail mounted to a wooden frame that had split • Worn door hinges and rollers • Poorly constructed upper rail mounts with no bracing (called "kickers"). Result: The newly-adjusted and securely mounted door is extremely quiet with the nylon roller and hinge replacements and works as designed. 2 of 2: Garage Door Motor Replacement The existing chain drive motor was not working and was replaced with a quality, very quiet, belt-drive type motor. The belt drive type was chosen based on this company's recommendation (belt drives require very little maintenance compared to a chain drive). The improved motor cost very little extra over other models for this budget-conscious, quality-oriented consumer. Result: While in operation, there is only a slight hum with absolutely no clanking or other mechanical sounds. The installation was adjusted to work flawlessly. Extras / Final Comments I am totally satisfied. Why? Only with my approval did they include needed hardware replacements that were well explained and demonstrated beforehand. They lubricated all moving parts and advised me which lubricant and service intervals to best maintain the garage door. Additionally, they hauled away all worn parts at no extra charge. HIGHLY SUGGESTED!
