Pasquale was quick to respond to my call even at off-hours, and came quickly. He kept me posted on his arrival time, and assessed and repaired my LiftMaster rolling gate which stopped working. He identified a short in the infrared assembly, and did the most cost-effective fix. I was impressed with how fair in price and clear on the problem he was, and he sent pictures to show me the issue, since I managed this project from off-site. Great all around!

Pasquale came out quickly, fixed the rollers that came off the track, straightened the rails, adjusted the spring and did lots of little extras that made my old door run smoothly. He explained everything he did and what to look for should I have any more problems. Very reasonable and polite. No preasure, just good information. I would definitely call him again!

Pasquale reviewed with my husband issues of our old door & how to bring the door components up to a long lasting and good working condition (my husband already knew there were issues with wear and use & our goal was a door to continue good service w/o breaking down - not just a bandaide).
