After this company replaced a broken spring, they physically damaged my garage door opener, specifically the open limit set screw mechanism. The door was left inoperable. They also left without telling me, with the garage doors open and unsecured. They seemed incompetent throughout the process, even having to borrow my screwdrivers because they didn't have their own tools. To make matters worse, they told my property manager that the opener was "broken and not fixable," trying to scam us into buying a full replacement. There was nothing wrong with it before they came, and my two teenage sons were able to repair the damage they caused in about an hour. Their employees are not only negligent and unskilled, but they are also dishonest. I would not recommend them.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The products and service they provide is extremely shady. They installed brand new springs 2.5 years ago and their customer service rep LAURA is trying to blame it on my overuse then I tell her it's not my main entrance to the home and it becomes I do not use it enough. Then blames it on the builder. They use poor products so they do not stand by their work. they do not have a customer service just an ignorant rep that cares to scam homeowners then is rude and hangs up the phone because I asked for the information of the manufacturer they used for the spring to see their warranty. Do not say you were not warned and do not get fooled by their warranty or friends leaving 5 star reviews.

My repair person was great! He repaired my existing garage door as well as (upon my request) offering me valuable info on future products that I may wish to buy. There was no upselling and I felt extremely confident that the job was being done right!

Was very impressed with the quickness of service -- was just into home advisors with my problem and the gentleman called me on Saturday at 530 -- and had someone out the next day on sunday as car was trapped in the garage -- the worker who came out was on time, able to find the house [as it's difficult to find] and had the work done in 1 hr.-- brilliant

I appreciated they could get out so quick, it was a Friday afternoon. It's only been 48 hours but our garage door sounds like everything is brand new, it's so smooth and quiet. If it lasts a while, I'll be thrilled. The technician was so pleasant and I felt he gave me good honest advice regarding my options and didn't push me on a more expensive job.

The correction was simple and the serviceman was kind not to make me feel foolish, as I could have corrected the problem myself had I known a little more about garage door openers.

They have stood behind their work and have told me that if we have anymore problems to let them know and they will come back and see what they can do. So far the remotes are working okay.

Came out on a Sunday. Got the job done right. Professional. I am no longer trapped at home.

I ended up paying more than what I originally expected, but I hoped I got my money's worth: better quality product that will last longer and quieter garage door opens & closes.
