I need help reprogramming my remote and rebalancing my old garage door. Technician was completely focused on selling me a whole new door and opener. Charged me service fee and my remote still doesn?t work.

Edi is the man. Our garage door broke Christmas Eve and Edi came out Christmas Day to fix at no extra charge. He fixed the issue fast and our garage has never worked so smoothly.

Edi assessed the problem with my garaged. Changed the springs, fast I should say. he even welcomed me to watch him do his work. I did. He even added a lift handle outside the door without charge!

Edi responded right away to my request on Home Advisor and we even found a mutually convenient time earlier than the scheduled time. He diagnosed the situation and without any overselling replaced the broken the spring on the garage door quickly. He also lubricated the moving parts so the sound was reduced to a minimum. I only wish he had a discount for going thru Home Advisor as he did for customers on Angie's list which he called subsequently to clarify.

I would have given Edi 10 stars if I could. I had 2 other quotes that said I needed to buy new parts they both said different issues then Edi took a look and reprogrammed the motor and fixed!!!!

Edi quoted me $250 to replace the springs on my garage door. When he got to my house he said it would be $350 because I had a "commercial" door and the springs were different. Well the springs on my door are about the same size as all other residential springs. When I researched spring costs they are all about the same. A typical case of bait and switch. Caveat emptor!

Edi called within minutes after I had posted on Home Advisor, and agreed to come first thing the following morning--a Sunday. He showed up on time (actually, a few minuter early), quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. I would highly recommend them.

I could not believe it. Edi came in less than an hour when I called. He was fantastic. In a matter of five minutes he knew exactly what the problem was, solved it, and discussed any future problems that I may have and to be aware if certain things happen. He was extremely reasonable and I purchased two more remote controls that he had on his truck at a great price. I have all the confidence in the world when he comes back next time for any reason. I don't think I've ever had such a great experience with someone that was not recommended by someone I know.

The issue turned out to be electrical but he got the door working until an electrician could come. He fixed a minor door problem and was professional and courteous. He explained what he thought was the problem and he was correct. I would call this company again.

I was told by an internet garage guy that I had to have a new motor - $500.00, charged $20.00 for advise. Found Edi Mandlawi who adjusted One Roller for the track - works perfectly. An honest gentleman, will call him again without reservation.
