their estimate is not free. It will cost $ 65. But it will be waved if you proceed with the work. To repair a pair and replaced the torsion spring of the garage door cost me $370 pars and labor... I dont if these is reasonable because i have not check others to do the estimate because there estimate if not free. So i proceed the project.

These guys are phenomenal. I posted the job Saturday about 5:30pm not expecting to hear anything until Monday. Call within 15 minutes, we'll be there within an hour. He quoted replacement (like I had asked), and repair as well. I asked what he would do and he actually recommended KEEPING the existing door and mechanisms. Did a full repair which was actually very reasonable, including a warranty, and a credit toward replacing the door if I changed my mind. Wow. Most amazing thing - totally unexpected - is he did it all the same night. Words fail me. Hire these guys.

I gave this company good reviews upon hire, however, I have chosen to re-rate them and give them my updated ratings based on a terrible experience with Maria at this company. Today, 1/28/17, I began having trouble closing my garage door. I purchased and had installed this door in August, 2016 (only 5 months ago). Already having problems with the workmanship. I checked around the sensor area and did not see anything blocking the sensor that could possibly prevent the garage door from closing. I tried a few times to get the door to close without success. I called the company's number listed on Mitch's business card only to be greeted by someone who claimed to "Maria." Boy what a horrific experience I had with her! It was not only the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life, but this Maria was incredibly discourteous, disrespectful, condescending, rude, belittling, and demeaning to me as a person and a customer of this company. I paid good money to have what I thought was a solid door installed, however, upon retrospect, it seems I may have wasted my money. I attempted to explain the issue to Maria who only seemed to repeatedly cut me off and admonish me that the door doesn't close because it's a sensor issue and that I would be charged $75 for someone to come out and fix the problem. I attempted time and again to get her to understand that I had done nothing to contribute to this malfunction, but was repeatedly cut off and rudely spoken to about the issue, and told again that I would be charged $75 to correct the error if/when a technician would come out to fix the issue. Hence, I during the phone call even attempted to give this person the benefit of the doubt and go outside to attempt to "fix" the non-existent sensor issue. She put me on speaker phone and remained non-responsive as I tried to let her know that I did not see anything wrong with the sensors and could not figure out the problem. Again, her belittling and condescending tone and approach to my situation was inflexible and demeaning. I asked to speak to her supervisor to which she curtly told me that "it's saturday, he's not here." Her arrogant attitude and cockiness appeared that she actually took pleasure in ensuring that my problem would NOT be resolved anytime soon unless I paid $75. Also, she conveyed this sense of callousness and actually invited me to call her supervisor Darren and tell him about her! At this point she was truly mocking me and my situation. Her sarcasm and severe lack of customer service skills can only be characterized as deficient, incompetent, inept, and incapable. This company should terminate her immediately and do themselves a favor, Maria is only inviting legal liability as a result of her employment at Garage Doors 4 Less. I would not hire this company by any means. They are extremely friendly when they solicit your business, but that disposition changes dramatically if you ever need assistance anytime after you have paid them goo

These guys were AMAZING!! They came right away to fix my driveway gate, we're so polite and even painted where they repaired. Seriously great!
