Garage Doors Plus, LLC

Eric was great! Contacted the company over the weekend received a fast response. Scheduling was quick and easy. When Eric arrived, he was very professional and got the job diagnised quick. He knows his job very well and also gave me a few tips on good garage door maintenance. I highly recommend Garage Doors Plus LLC for any future jobs!

The people and service were awesome. The prices were great. You will be glad you used them. I left a message asking for service on their voicemail. I rec'd a call back in less than an hours. The job was done the next day without me being present. Eric left me a text letting me know he arrived and another when the work was done. We need more companies like them!

Very nice installer. Arrived on time and got my job done quickly. Afterwards he explained what he did and why. Was very impressed with this service.

On time, friendly, honest, and reasonable

I was contacted within 15 minutes of request, the technician arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the job within 45 minutes.

Eric did a great job, could not be happier with the door and the opener. Clear communication, methodical installation, very satisfied customer!

price was right, showed up on time did a good job

Today, I had a garage door opener installed. The Liftmaster WLED ½â HP belt driven unit. This opener was installed perfectly by Mr. Eric Nissen himself, owner of Garage Door Plus LLC (GDPLLC). Before I go on to review Mr. Nissen and his company, Iâ d like to say that whenever Iâ m in the market for anything, I tend do diligent research. I wouldnâ t call myself frugal, I just want the best bang for my buck per se. Once I found the three or four units that interested me, I needed quotes from at LEAST three companies. In this case I did five. Two companies I had dealings with prior to and three new ones which included GDPLLC. I proceeded through the avenues of finding GDPLLC through HomeAdvisor, a digital marketplace whose aim is to connect homeowners with prescreened, local service professionals to carry out home improvement, maintenance and remodeling projects. Iâ ve used them in the past for other home improvement professionals with really good results. Itâ s just another avenue to see reviews and a very convenient way to organize the people you will be contacting. So in contacting all of the potentials, GDPLLC, was very prompt in getting back to me and some were not. I voiced what I was looking for and he in turn let me know some things I THOUGHT I needed may be overkill for what type of set up I had. THAT in itself was my indicator that he was a front runner. The other unit I thought I wanted was way more expensive. No other company asked why I felt I needed or wanted this particular model. He was the first and only. So from talking with him more, I now feel I know what I want AND need. So I ask for pricing. So I proceed to get quotes from the other four companies and GDPLLC is by far the best price. BY FAR! I thought he was either mistaking or didnâ t know what he was talking about lol. But he did. All of this was through the span of two days. Even though he was obviously busy, he stayed in contact with me about any questions I had. (Iâ d gotten the opener quote completed and installed by GDPLLC by the time one company had even sent me their quote back!) So, I let Mr. Nissen know that Iâ d like to go with him for obvious reasons and if I could set up a time for this coming Saturday seeing I work and didnâ t want to take off if I didnâ t need to and he said yes thatâ s fine. Granted, my garage door opener was not working due to it being old and a bracket was needed that could not be found or replaced, so it was well overdue for an upgrade. The next day I realized had been tired of lifting it up manually every morning and night so I asked if could do it earlier than Saturday and he said he could that day. So PERFECT! I was at work so I asked him to let me know the eta and Iâ ll meet him there (during my lunch break) which he did and was there before me with the old one off already! Very professional. He explained what unit I had, the features. Examined the door. Tweaked it seeing that it was unbalanced a bit. Most companies will often charge to do this. He did not. He asked how I wanted keypads etcâ ¦placed. And in 45min - 1hour he was done. And absolute perfect experience overall! I could not be more pleased! No hidden costs. No delays. If you all do nothing else INCLUDE GDPLLC IN GETTING A QUOTE FOR ANYTHING GARAGE REALTED!!! Iâ m willing to bet heâ s the better choice for all of your garage needs. This is the only name and number you need, Garage Door Plus LLC, Eric Nissen (262) 232 â 4129. Not only was it a pleasure doing business with Mr. Nissen, it was an extreme pleasure meeting him. Thank you again Eric and as soon as we are ready to replace the door I will most definitely be calling! Take Care. EG.

I came home from work at 4:30 and my garage door didn't work and my wife's car was inside which she needed. Eric was here within 15 minutes, had my wife's car out within 20 minutes, and had the garage door fixed within an hour including the time to leave and get a part. In addition, Eric is extremely friendly.

Eric is awesome. I had a problem with my garage door on a weekday at 5:30 pm. Eric came the next morning and it was fixed by 10:00 am. I m very happy with his service.
