I have an elderly woman living with me and had to get her in for medical treatment in the morning. My door spring had broken and I could not open the door to get out the car. I called Garage Door Tech. Sammy said they had 2 calls ahead of me but could get there in 2 hours. Sammy showed up when he said he would and pointed out the 2 broken springs which he promptly replaced. He inspected the rest of the system and found a frayed garage door cable which he replaced and showed to me. Then he showed me exactly where to lubricate the moving components on a monthly basis. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs prompt and professional service.

Was totally ripped off by Billy who replaced broken springs and put on new rollers! He charged a total of $930.00! Found out from 2 other garage door repair companies we should have paid about 1/2 of what we were charged! Door still sounded extremely noisy and called Billy twice to come out and he never did - he claimed we needed to put more silicone spray on rollers. Was totally fed up and called the owner of the company (Sammy) and explained how dissatisfied we were with service and overpayment. He promised a refund of $200 three weeks ago and still have not received it. DO NOT use this company! Our next step is Better Business Bureau.

Prompt and efficient. He explained what he was doing throughout and showed me parts before installing. He gave me useful information on what to but at the store to keep the garage door opening quietly. I was very pleased with the whole job.

Repair man was prompt and on time. Was given price by text and phone. The tech stated a large difference. Had to call office to make them honor the repair price. Work was done promptly, Door works better than before.
