I have an elderly woman living with me and had to get her in for medical treatment in the morning. My door spring had broken and I could not open the door to get out the car. I called Garage Door Tech. Sammy said they had 2 calls ahead of me but could get there in 2 hours. Sammy showed up when he said he would and pointed out the 2 broken springs which he promptly replaced. He inspected the rest of the system and found a frayed garage door cable which he replaced and showed to me. Then he showed me exactly where to lubricate the moving components on a monthly basis. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs prompt and professional service.

Was totally ripped off by Billy who replaced broken springs and put on new rollers! He charged a total of $930.00! Found out from 2 other garage door repair companies we should have paid about 1/2 of what we were charged! Door still sounded extremely noisy and called Billy twice to come out and he never did - he claimed we needed to put more silicone spray on rollers. Was totally fed up and called the owner of the company (Sammy) and explained how dissatisfied we were with service and overpayment. He promised a refund of $200 three weeks ago and still have not received it. DO NOT use this company! Our next step is Better Business Bureau.

Prompt and efficient. He explained what he was doing throughout and showed me parts before installing. He gave me useful information on what to but at the store to keep the garage door opening quietly. I was very pleased with the whole job.

I requested service on a Sunday and told the service tech, once he arrived, that I needed to get my car out of the garage in order to drive to work on Monday. The springs had broken and my garage door was bent and crumpled in several place and off the track. The service tech said he hadn't seen a door damaged as badly as mine. He spent a lot of time and energy trying different things. He needed another individual to help him but couldn't get in touch with anyone. So he persisted until I was able to drive my car out of the garage. Definitely would hire this company again. Excellent customer service!

I called them around 2:00 PM on Friday, they said they would be here between 9 - 11 on Saturday morn. They were here at 8:00 and completed the work timely & neatly.

I was a little surprised at the cost but after learning more I was very happy that Billy was able to take care of the problem. There was a big name company that could not come out for a week, would have cost more and then probably run up the price again. Billy, showed up the next day, was honest and less expensive.
