Just had our garage floor done by Doug Blake and his team from Garage Experts of Chagrin Valley. From the very first interview Doug was on time, extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous. His wife answers the phone when you call and is also very personable and a fountain of information. Took the guys (owner also works the job) 2 days to complete and we could not be happier. Small business owner (it's a franchise) who takes extreme care of your property and takes great pride in his work;) Competitive price. Highly recommend!

Doug is all around a great guy. Always responsive and has great communication skills. He also gives a life time warranty with his product and work which the other contractors do not. Doug is extremely current with todays technology and everything is very professional. His estimates and billing (administrative) are done through his site. He is reliable and efficient. I recommend him very highly without reservation.

Super, super professional person. Doug took all the efforts of explaining, in depth, the steps and process of the project. He took a destroyed garage floor and made it look brand new with his epoxy treatment. it was pitted, cracked, stained and generally like a replacement was needed - instead Garage experts came in and made it look like a brand new floor, which was very inexpensive compared to completely replacing it.

Doug has done a couple of jobs for us and we have him coming back for a third. He does great work and cares about every little detail of the project. He works wholeheartedly and will take care of any issues without hesitation. He is truly genuine and cares about his home owners and takes pride in his work. Doug is always on time and accommodating with both my schedule and budget. He is always in communication with me around the timing and schedule.. I would recommend to anyone.
