Technician advised me and pointed out that replacing the parts I needed on my old door was not my best option. Compared repair cost to replacement cost. I chose to replace the door, which comes with all new parts and hardware and new ones are of better quality. Did not pressure me . Explained how the mechanics of garage doors work and explained everything I questioned. Very informative and took the time to explain. Price was below all other companies I researched and product was top quality. Very fast and professional.
