Ryan is a top-notch pro. He was on-time, even called ahead to let me know when he was on the way. He worked quickly with the easy of someone who knew exactly what he was doing. The big plus was that Ryan cared. I was not financially able to replace a cracked panel in the garage door so when Ryan fixed the broken torsion spring, he mounted a metal corner bracket so that my door works just great also allowing me time to save-up for a panel replacement. Thanks a bunch!

Initial inquiry was to replace a broken spring on a 12-yr old door. Ryan made the repair right away, and the price was very fair. For the door replacement the following week, however, having made an appointment and requesting an almond-color door a few days in advance, Ryan arrived later than agreed (without calling) and installed a white door instead. My wife did make it to work on time, but didn't notice the different color door as it was dark by that time. The white door doesn't look bad, so I'm not as concerned as if there had been a real problem. But that was our experience. Good work, good pricing, but consider follow-up.

Ryan called right away and said he'd come by as soon as he finished his earlier job. He came over at 8 p.m. after calling to be sure it was still ok at that hour. Had all the parts needed to fix my problem, even tho he said he'd never seen such an OLD garage opener... it IS a very old opener and I would recommend his firm for friendly, effective work. Thanks, Ryan!

.Ryan Gay was the service man that put our garage door up in 2 visits; the second one too close to dark...so they left a lot of nails on the ground, metal pieces, etc. Also he onle brought 1 clicker for the door and since we have a 2 car garage, that was not part of the deal. The young man got $1200; enough to give us our satisfaction. That was back in October...It is the end of December...call him off and on and he has been a NO SHOW even though we are supposed to be covered for a year. I guess small claims court is next...the top panet of the door is bent inward; HE HAS BEEN TOLD... and apparently does not care. WE are not rich.

"I was there on two visits, the first one was the estimate the second one we completed the project. All openers come with one remote and the customer never communticated to me that they needed two. I would have been happy to bring another.I even gave them a free keyless entry. We never leave nails or metal because every piece I bring in the garage goes on the door. The garage was a mess with tools and trash everywhere when we got there it was not our trash.I can only warranty my work, not when you damage your own door."
