Brandon was the representative who was supportive of my questions and concerns. He explain why my door was acting the way it was which made sense, because this is a track home. He pointed out the reason why things were and did not try to get me to do something more than what was necessary. So we checked everything out he did say that there was some kind of tension wire or something that was too long, but he didn’t think that it needed to be replaced. Plus, he tightened some things up and lubed some other things and the door is good to go. They did not try to strong-arm me or talk me into spending money for something that didn’t need to happen and I appreciate that. A lot of times you get these companies that come out and the guys just look at you as a single woman think you don’t know a thing and they can take advantage of that. So in the future, whenever I need a garage door company to come out garage pros will be the company. I’m gonna call. Thank you so much for being respectful.

Great job of installation and cleaned up after the job was done. Arrived on time and completed job in a timely manner. This was a large commercial door on our barn with an opener installed also. There was a small problem on the installation but they were quick to respond and make everything right.

I called GaragePros, Justin the owner took my request to install a new 9' x 8' insulated steel garage door, he ask his Project Development Manager Cory Gilbert to come to my house and give me a estimate which I accepted. He fixed the garage door for a great price, but he told us we had to pay just for him coming out, and I said when we made the appointment nobody told us that we were going to have to pay him anyway. The good thing is we did not have to pay any additional money for him to fix it.

I Would recommend this company. Their estimate was well below others. The only. disappointment was a small ding on the inside of the garage door.
