Ryan and his contractor were friendly, fair and technically competent. Pole holding driveway gate had tilted over 4 years of rain soaked soil movement beyond adjustment parameters. They removed gate, dug a 3' hole and straighten pole, filled with cement, replaced gate with plenty of room for adjustment, and provided a 2 year warranty. I'm very pleased.

They responded quickly and a tech was out to do the job that day. All completed by early afternoon. You need to ensure a quote up front. The work took less than an hour to complete and I had any parts that were needed.

They provided quick repair to an electric gate issue. The motorized opener need a new circuit board and Ted, the repairman, did a good job of repairing the problem in just a few hours. Good job Ted!

This is the "Go-To" gate operator firm in the Houston area. We had received multiple estimates from other firms and were underwhelmed with their overall knowledge of what we needed and desire to install a system that met our needs. GSP spent the time during the estimate explaining the different options as well as how their system would interact with a broader property security system we planned on adding later (they do NOT supply security systems so there was no pressure for additional capabilities). Gate operator was installed within days and the technician was excellent. I want to emphasize the customer service -- best I have seen -- office personnel and on-site technician were people oriented and took the time necessary to explain everything at just the right level. Technology can be difficult challenging, especially when you are trying to get it all to work together. These guys have it all and know their stuff. I strongly suggest this firm. Quality is important and GPS understands that.

The tech arrived within the time frame specified, he identified the fault and started explaining the repair and spare part options with detailed pricing. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He did all the work efficiently. I couldn't say if the price was within the norm or not. I would hire them again for future work.

Do not trust them. Contacted Garage and Gate Service professionals to repair security gate opener. Technician stopped by and said battery and battery charger needed to be replaced. Quoted $170 for battery charger..$21 for same, exact charger on amazon. $89 for a service call which would have involved plugging the charger into an outlet and setting a battery in the gate box.
