APEX Overhead Door Service

Jon came on time and completed the job in very professional manner. He also stood by the price he quoted me.

I am a builder with Fulton Homes. I have worked with Jon in the past but his service and reputation have hit an all-time low. I had him install 3 high-end garage doors with motors and he gave me a fair price but has dropped the ball every step of the way. I have called multiple times and even offered extra money for his time after being paid in full but he has chosen not to finish his work. I will never recommend him in the future. My name is Max and would be happy to let anyone know about my experience.

Punctual and professional service. Very informative as well.

He has ignored 4 calls and have not returned them. No service no response, he took my money and ignored me.

John did a great job for us from helping us choose our door, through install. Very professional, knowledgeable and competent. We are completely satisfied with the great service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Apex to everyone.

The tech, John, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. Within 15-20 minutes he had completed the repair. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, and very courteous. I have added APEX Overhead Door Service to my business listing.

John was on time, and very professional. The issue was resolved within an hour of him showing up. Will most definitely recommend and rehire in the future if needed.

Absolutely great great great!!! Will use again, very soon!! Have recommended them to all my friends!!

Very efficient, great job done!! Arrived on time and kept in touch with me to let me know he was on the way. Great customer service.

Arrived promptly and completed the work as scheduled. Made recommendations to improve utilization of my garage door set-up.

Very pleasent owner/operator. Willing to work within mu financial means. **Followed COVID protocols at all times.**

Replaced rollers on my garage door and lubricated everything. My door was intermittently stopping on opening and closing. John was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I was certain I was going to have to replace the system, but he said the motor was still good and that he could get be back in operation by just lubricating everything, and he did recommended replacing the rollers as they were no longer "rolling", but just dragging. When it comes time to replace, I will definitely be calling John at Apex. Highly recommend!

Called on Saturday morning. arrived a few hrs later. Pricing was up front and very reasonable. Very pleased with work, would use again.

They did a great job replacing my old broken opener. pricing was up front and clear, labor charge then select the opener you want. Will use them again if I need another one.

Timely. Showed up with necessary parts. Made necessary as well as additional, helpful adjustments.

Quick response. Very inexpensive. Will use for any future garage door needs. Highly recommend

I called and sent pictures to tech. Quick and fair evaluation of garage door issues and recommended fix. I decided to replace the 40 year old door. The next morning John did the work in 3 hours. Installed new door and rails then hauled away old door. I thought that was fast. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient worker.

Outstanding!! They know their business!!

Very nice, professional, and helpful.

Great experience worked quickly.

Jon knew what he was doing, because it was something had experienced before. He not only fixed the issue with my door, but also, tuned-up the associated machinery to ensure it worked more efficiently and maximized the service time I was billed for.

Very polite

Jonathan was very quick to fix my garage door problem. The only problem was getting the garage door openers. It took a week to get them. This could have been because it was a holiday weekend.
