Iâ ve had a lot of workers and contractors in and out of my new house and it has been miserable! Nobody shows up on time nobody is fair with prices and nobody gets any job done in a reasonable time. I Happened to find Garas on accident when looking for someone to put in a mitigation system. Kevin contacted me first and was very flexible and basically was only worried about what day and time worked for me instead of for him. he showed up on time gave me a very fair price better then anyone else also with warranties and coming back to fix any issues that have the possibility of happening at no cost to me! He showed up once again on time to start the job was polite and professional and told me beforehand who else would be at my house and what they would be doing. Even the electrician he worked with was polite and asked permission before he did anything with the electric. He Explained everything to me in terms I could understand about the mitigation system , permits (that he took care of) and retesting the radon. Garas is the first company Iâ ve come across that I would recommend to anyone looking to have punctual, polite , professional workers at a great price!!

When my husband and I discovered we had elevated radon levels we contacted a company that our neighbors used. They made us wait 2 weeks came out and gave us a price and then said they had to â think overâ how they would install the system. Frustrated- I did a search and found Garaâ s Radon. Kevin came out right away to give a quote. He was very professional and his price was lower than the previous company. He quickly and efficiently installed our system within a few hours. What was more impressive was the results of our radon test after the installation of the mitigation system, as they dropped from 10.0 to 1.20. Thank you Kevin!

Great guy, great work, great price

Very efficient and responsive, reasonably priced. Testing kit provided made it convenient to check levels. Managed to bring down radon level to 1.5. Had some issues with fan not performing due to waterproofing system but it was taken care of.
