I choose Garcia Alba after a disastrous experience with Action Home Properties. Jose came personally to assess the project to solder the leaking corners and provide a cost estimate. The crew came days later to do the work. The first wet weather event showed at 2 of the four corners were still leaking. The crew came the next day and it now appears that all is well. Even if it should happen that leaks return, they provided a 2 year warranty. I found the company's customer service to be extremely good and a willingness to get things right... sweet!
