I hired them for cutting my kitchen peninsula and reframing so I could install an island. Gets the job done if you are looking for rough work. Not too great at applying finishing touches, had to re-hire another professional.

I had my main deck, a small wood pool deck and a fence painted. They did a great job repairing the pool deck and painting the fence. The main deck was power washed and scrapped but not sanded leaving the painted finish rough. The work was done quickly but I would have given high stars if the main deck was finished with a smooth paint.

Very effective weed/clover treatment. They came in explained to me their approach and gave me a few options to pick from. I chose the one time treatment for the set price. It started working the very next day. The grass growth thickened but the weed/clover disappeared. But they missed the northern end of the yard which still has leftovers.

Called for an estimate and Manuel from Garcia & Brothers came by within the same day for a quote. They were the most affordable, friendly, and professional, and offered us the best bang for our buck. Showed up as promised to do the work with his crew, and they did a great job. They made a mess on our windows while cleaning out the gutters, but everything else was done very well and our lot looks beautiful.

I called three places and Garcia & Brothers was the only one who returned my call. Maybe my description appeared like a small job but it cost me over $1,800. I do think their prices were fair and did a good job overall. I am not sure whether this is a small job for a landscaper. Anyway, it took me by surprise that they do not give out a written quote--everything is done verbally. I wrote down everything they said about the prices and they took a picture of what I wrote down. Funny I thought. The prices he said did not change-- I figure that they must charge the same amount for everybody and must have a good memory to remember all that. I mean had to refer back to what I wrote down --but they did not need to. They did a good job cleaning and planting etc. After they left, I realized that they punctured my retractable garden hose ($29) while watering plants when they came back to take care of a couple of things. I didn't make a big deal of it because ...I mean I did not see it happen and they had left my property already.

The initial work they completed was excellent and I am very pleased.

Garcia & Brothers just completed a project at our home to remove lava rocks from several large gardens, and replace with mulch. They were quick to schedule the job, easy to work with, and affordable. They even mulched areas in addition to what we had originally discussed, without charging extra. Would definitely recommend.

I dont usually write reviews but I absolutely had to write a review on this company. They were fantastic. They mulched and edged my front garden with borders as well as added two new plants to my front yard. I had a lot of bare spots in my yard with moss. They added topsoil, seeded and took care of any bare spots. They did even more than what they quoted us for....which was impressive. They took their time and the end result was great! I already plan on using them again for future projects.

They knew they stuff and the price was fair. I would use them again.
