"Attention clients and or person reading these comments by this client. First and foremost, there is always two sides to every story and these comments made by this client are wrong. We started a completely new addition to the home which was about 1500 square feet which takes about 3.5 months to finish with all inspections by the city and state. And then we had a redo in another 1800 square feet taking out old showers stalls that were also installed wrong and getting wet and completely new flooring in which they had the option of doing it one way or the other and most importantly having work around a home that was completely dirty every single day in which we had to work around every day and pickup and move things around all because they weren't prepared for the construction. Then we had a problem with the clients requesting extras that weren't paid because they would make excuses that things were installed wrong or with poor quality. The redo took about 6 to 7 weeks which is normal. And then the final straw that broke the camel's back was a redo of the washroom just because after we already finished the project they made the mistake of approving the plans with the wash sink in the wrong area in which city already had approved the plan at the start of the project. But the bottom line is that this client is making excuses and slandering G. Homes because they wanted extras and didn't have the budget to pay or made excuses the the work was done poorly in order not to pay and I do have the proof of the construction contract they signed that explains the time line for each project. First of all Garcia Homes has been in business for over 25 years and never have we had a Client Or Clients Expresses them self's as this Clients has. First of all when you sign or agree to a contract you always go with what's on that contract and any special or added duties are charged as extras because they are not included in the original contract and that's what happen with this client, and since i wouldn't allow this to happen she started slander me because i will not give you or who ever does not follow the contract arrangements made when you sign or you pay for the extras being performed period so that they fall under the construction agreement. Also i will not give a warranty on items not being installed by my crew and that's the reason she is upset because she made a mistake to cost her problems and that's a no no. i have the prove of whats on the original contract and have the picture's to show you all that Garcia Homes made everything right to complete this project on time. Yes we took extras time and that was because either we couldn't start early because their was always problems with people in the home either still asleep or ill and we don't have control over that. Also she claims that the employee started late because they had to cross the bridge to come and work. That's also false. But she didn't state that she also used the same people i employ to do other duties around the home after i finish or completed the job. Also there were times that we had to park 2 to 3 blocks away just because she wasn't able to allow us to park vehicle near the job site to unload materials. What type of client does this to interrupt the construction of what has to been done and also slanders and person when she or he is doing wrong and using people for her convince. Again look at the other reviews and see that everything she is saying is false because my other reviews show you all different.
