Garcia Tile

This contractor has absolutely no common sense , he did a kitchen and two bedrooms. Tile was laid with all cuts to see when you open the door to both bedrooms . Good common sense is to put all cuts at end of room so they will not be the first thing you see . Also he asked for money before finishing the job about 80%. He does not take off the base coves so now I have to put caulking . He left a mess outside the house even a half sandwich and soda bottles on the sidewalk. he did not do a 3 x 3 ft. space under the central heater because he said it was not in the contract even though we had talked about it. He is not cheap and not what I expected. I strongly do not recommend him.

He is not trustworthy. Faucets are installed wrong an crooked, he did not let me see his work before he left. Not a professional job. He left the house inside and outside a mess, left stacks of cement on my front porch.

Garcia Tile was amazing! They were able to get everything done very quickly while still being at top quality. He demo'd everything all the way to the studs and fixed the leak we had! The bathroom looks so great!

Great work ethics and punctuality. Went out of his way to make sure the work he did was acceptable and liked. He made adjustments to make things work.

Was always puntual and honest. Was knowledgeable about his work.
