This guy came and gave me a quote. When he came and did the ?work? he tried to charge me 40% more than the agreed upon price. He chalks it off as forgetting. He left weeds throughout my yard but told me sprayed. A week later the same weeds are still growing. He did answer my complaint. I?m not saying this guy is lied but I just don?t believe him.
