Lonny has an open door policy with communication. Our job is not to just build and construct, but also to educate. Everyone deserves to know and understand the construction process. We explain step by step what is happening to your home. You deserve to know! Too many contractors use complicated terms and have a hard time explaining what is happening on the project. We won't start a project until you understand everything with the project and your home. For any relationship to work there has to be good communication. We put our personal name on each and every project. Your home is a castle, and you deserve the best. We only provide top quality craftsmanship. If the material is not good enough for my home, I wont use it in yours! We have a limited warranty on our labor.
