Quick response to my submittal for grout repair, and when it turned into a complete re-tiling project he was fabulous, and I am very happy with the professional results.

Al Hauser did an excellent job in restoring and upgrading the bathrooms and kitchen counters in our rental property. He was prompt and professional in his work, fair and reasonable in his prices, and sent us pictures of the completed jobs online. We plan on using Al for other jobs in our house and rental properties, and would recommend him to others.

Al Houser came to review the work to be done promptly. We had broken tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floor. He explained very well the cause of the tiles cracking and how he could fix them. We agreed and he took a couple of tiles so he could buy matching ones for the project. That was the last time we saw Al. First he agreed to come in on Monday. Then Wednesday. We re-confirmed Tuesday evening. On Wednesday morning he re-scheduled to evening. That was the last we heard from him. He screens our calls and doesn't return our tiles. We hope this is not due to illness in family etc but the service was definitely very poor.

They are very detailed in doing their work, I am very pleased so far.

Garden State responded to my request quickly, came to the house to see the work needed to be done, explained what the best way was to fix the bathroom floors and shower tiles and gave me a quote. The price was reasonable. They did the job in the amount of time they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. The bathrooms now look beautiful. I will defintely use them again for any other projects that arise in the house.

Garden State Floor Restore was originally hired to paint our house. After seeing the job they did, we decided to have them restore our hardwood floors as opposed to paying between 7K and 10K for new floors. The finished product was that it looked like we had new floors. We will definitely have this company do additional work for us in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Our older tile floor was a difficult surface to clean. Al at Garden State did his best to complete the job with the best result he could get.
