The two techs who came to my home were professional, friendly and quickly diagnosed my furnace issue. They replaced the part and made sure everything was up and running properly and didn’t leave a mess. Great to work with! Will definitely use again for regular maintenance and repairs as needed!

Carmine and Tony went above and beyond to give the best recommendation for initially fixing my ailing water heater, and then for replacement when it became apparent that it is not salvageable. Chris and Roger make a good installation team, who can handle both direct replacement as well as part replacement. Choose them anytime, you won’t regret it!

My leaking hot water heater needed replacement. Multiple estimates varied up to $1000 higher for the same replacement! I checked Home Advisor since I had good luck with contractors in the past. Garden State Water Heaters ad says, "lowest prices in NJ". I submitted my information and within 5 minutes I received a call from Carmine the company's owner. Carmine is pleasant to speak with, down to earth & most of all HONEST! No surprises, gimmicks or hidden fees. The price in his ad is the price you pay. I found this absolutely amazing! He offered next day service. On the morning of service I received a call at 8:30 a.m. to inform me the plumbers would come at 9:30 a.m. Plumbers Roger & Chris arrived exactly on time! Again, I was amazed! Both gentlemen were personable, experienced, & efficient. They are meticulous in their work & finished in under 2 hrs. Thank you guys. I highly recommend Garden State Water Heaters. You will not be disappointed with the staff and services. :-)

there was a miscommunication on the replacement tank size resulting in a small tank being installed. however, bringing this to GS Water Heaters attention, they came to my home early Monday morning (the first install was Friday) and replaced the tank with the right size in a most courteous and professional manner. thank you, chris and roger!

It was an absolute pleasure working Carmen, Frankie and team. I recently moved in a mobile home and I had them assess my tankless water heater that was giving me problems. With freezing temperatures hitting hard, it was very important that my family had hot water and overall a working water heater. They were able to recommend a new option and promptly install it. They care! They stopped by to address a hot water heater on the blink but the weather was brutally cold and Mikey saw me working on the boiler… After addressing a plan to convert to tankless, he helped me make the decision to switch to a tankless combi solution. Very happy how the team took the time to complete the job timely. I will use them for other projects for sure
