Mr. Ellis built a Sun Room for us 2 years ago. It is just beautiful Last month we called him back to put in new windows and paint. He did a wonderful job. His workers also helped us out on work another Contractor took our money and didn't do. We love Mike and his crew!

Contractor did not remember items discussed and planned had to remind him and make changes after work done. Left messes at the end of the day of work that I had to clean up after coming home from work. Exception was tile/floor installer who cleaned up and listen to what was needed/wanted for room to function.

I will definitely use this contractor again. Was very quick to respond and needed work was scheduled and completed very well. I will be doing larger remodel projects and feel these guys will give me the best quality, value added, professional services I need.

Left the place in a mess and damaged the new floors when moving equipment out. I'm finding more and more places when painters did a sloppy job.

Mike with Gardendale Home Renovations did a great job, we hired him to build a screened in porch/deck addition to our home and I could not have been happier. Mike is very thorough, and worked with us on a plan until he was sure we were satisfied. He is very professional and kept us informed of progress along the way, and most importantly he does quality work. I would recommend him for your next project.

Hired GHR to build a new deck and replace siding on my house. These guys did a great job, though they did need to be watched over as they missed a few details in the plans. When pointed out to them, they promptly corrected any problems. Workmanship was excellent, property was kept reasonably clean and there were no change orders except one initiated by me. Punch list was completed quickly and with no exceptions requested. I would recommend them for your deck or siding project.

We have decided to use Mr. Ellis to build our deck. Although we are not ready to begin construction, his planning has been exceptional. He is quick to respond via phone and email. His presentation is wonderful. I would definately suggest him to any friend planning a project.
