Never ever ever ever ever work with this guy.

Gary and the crew did a fantastic job on our fence, the guys worked hard on it for a week. Gary called for a follow up a couple months later, very impressed.

Took two months to come out. Never came. Kept getting excuses on why the job never got done. Still waiting on my refund on the down payment.

We signed the contract in the beginning of June for a 4-5 week start. At the end of the fifth week, I reached out to Gary to ask when they were starting. I was told the materials were coming in the next week and then they would start the following. Fast forward to the last week, again, I asked if they were starting and I was told it would be Thursday. Thursday rolls around and nothing. So, I reach out again to ask and I was told materials would arrive the next day and would start next week. In this whole time I was the one who had to ask for updates. Gary said there were multiple delays, but never was proactive in communicating the issues. Also, there was no effort to resolve my frustration or offer any solutions. Instead there was excuse after excuse and no returned phone calls like he said he would do. As a fellow veteran, I am absolutely disappointed in the way this veteran-owned company operates. When I asked if there was the ability to offer a discount to compensate for not sticking to the timeline of the signed contract, I was told that was not possible. So, I cancelled and will be taking my business (along with my neighbors') elsewhere. I am now waiting for my deposit to be returned. **Update** - I have yet to receive my refund when Gary said I would receive it within 10 business days (last week). Waiting on supplier to give refund. This contradicts what he told me over two weeks ago. This is unethical **Update** As of today, Aug 28, I still have yet to receive my refund.

Right after completing the fence there was 24 hrs of 50+mph winds, causing the fence to lean as it had not set yet. Gary was out the next day and had it fixed correctly. He quickly made things right even though it was not his fault. I would strongly recommend them. Thanks for the great work!

This was definitely a custom build and Gary walked us through all the options. His team - Kevin and Jessie - were not only courteous, but ready to explain and discuss any questions or concerns. The fence is beautiful and definitely sturdy. My neighbors and friends now have "fence envy!" We also appreciated his team's work ethic and determination to "make it right." Before leaving on the final day, they thoroughly cleaned and swept up all debris when they left. I will definitely recommend Gardner Fence to anyone needing a new fence.

Gary sat down and identified with me my expectations and I received pictures of the work they perform. The work they did for me exceeded the photos I saw. The work was quality. The materials were quality. They were more than fair in pricing and he was very receptive to my calls and any questions that I had.

Gary was able to get me an appointment to blowout my sprinkler system in less than 12 hours from my initial request for his services. Others wanted a week or more due to high volume. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for sprinkler blowouts.

A half hour late but it was because they were extremely busy -- he had 21 blowouts scheduled before the hard freeze hits tonight. Very professional, recieved written quote, military discount, and work completed comes with warranty. Will hire again!
