Glen Gardner put me off for a month saying he would show up on certain days but always blamed his workers for not showing up. He would not man up and take responsibility for HIS BUSINESS. So after lying to me for a month today he was supposed to show up again according to his own words. Well, he was a no-show again and when he finally answered the phone he said his guys called in again and would not be able to do my job after all, after saying for a month he was coming. A man who can not keep his word is useless as this guy.

They came out on a Friday because of a clogged toilet. He told me I did not have a clog but that I needed my septic tank pumped. I could not find anyone who could come out that day or the weekend. So we went the whole weekend with a clogged and backed-up system. Found a local plumber who came out on Monday and DID snake the system and unclogged it. I did not need my tank pumped after all. Ended up paying a second plumber for the service that should have been done the first time.
