Write a ReviewSo kind! So reasonable! So efficient! Would highly recommend
Had a major clog in the mainline and had been trying to get ahold of our usual guy for such things, but he was unavailable. Got ahold of Gardner Plumbing and Blake Maiden came out the *same day* and did a great job clearing the issue right up! Weβre in a very rural area and I had a very hard time finding someone who could service the area. Blake is our hero! :)
excellent service all-round π π great prices too ty soo much
They got my hot water heater installed in under an hour, and great customer service with experienced plumbers!
I am beyond ecstatic and satisfied with Gardner Plumbing. I didnΓ’ t really know what to do when our sewer had backed up and called around multiple places trying to get something done same day. All the other places I have called that have been in business a while acted like they didnΓ’ t care about the issue and would get to it when they could. Gardner Plumbing sent out a technician named Γ’ FredΓ’ that I would highly recommend. Extremely professional and let me know that roots had grown through our sewer line. He gave me multiple options to fix it but we decided to replace our sewer line to keep any future worries away. The price was awesome and I honestly cannot describe any better experience than what I had. Thank you guys very much for all of your help!
These guys are quick to respond, and provide all the details a homeowner could want. They took care of the issue and kept the work site clean. I didn't feel pressured for any extras, and I was well informed on what was needed and what would be beneficial. All and all, I highly recommend.
Competent and reliable
Kevin was able to come out on a Sunday when others were not. He was very courteous and got the job done. The price was reasonable considering the emergency nature.
About four years ago, I had my sewer line cleaned by another local company. At that time, the person doing the cleaning bent his augur on Γ’ somethingΓ’ and drew back mud. He told me that they would have to rip down my retaining wall and repair my line as Γ’ itΓ’ s broken and you need a new sewer lineΓ’ . Being retired and disabled, I was not able to afford it, so I bought a hand augur and did my own line but I could never get past 30 feet in doing the line. Lately there has been more back up and the line was not draining much at all. I called in a national company to clean the line and they also suggested running the camera down it and seeing where the damage---possible collapsed clay pipe?Γ’ was. After analyzing reviews online for trenchless sewer repair, as I did not want to rip down an over 100 year old stone retaining wall, I decided to call Gardner Plumbing and have them camera the line. The sewer was full of water to the top of the floor drain, and when Kevin came out he meticulously augured that sewer line for close to four and a half hours until it was clear and even made it to the main sewer line under the street. In doing so, he removed an unbelievable long thick root that was in the line that I can best describe as looking like a root from a Redwood tree! He then ran the camera as far as he could and there was no damage at all to the line: a few cracks, but no damage/breakage whatsoever! Instead of costing thousands of dollars to replace the line, I was charged a reasonable amount for the augur of the line and the camera. I highly praise this work that Kevin did and I thank him and Gardner Plumbing for being honest and not immediately trying to convince me on getting a new sewer line when I didnΓ’ t really need to replace it. I will use this company in the future and will tell my neighbors about the greatΓ’ and honestΓ’ work that Gardner did. Thank you Gardner, you have a new happy customer now! Γ―
Kevin Gardner & his helper Sam were really nice respectful fellows. I only gave then 4.5 stars on work quality because an auger cable broke and they had to fish it out. I gave them 5 stars on customer service for a number of reasons, not the least of which was there was no b.s. about the broken cable situation. Past that, they both spoke to me with knowledge and humor and answered all my questions as well as gave me valuable insight on how to deal with the issue going forward. Pricing of the job was clear from the get-go. I'll be calling Kevin again. One other thing: I was very frustrated with my situation after working on it for 8.5 hours on a Friday, I went to Home Advisor put in my info and got a text from Gardner in 10 minutes requesting that I call. Kevin Garner answered, I ran through the litany of my issues, Kevin correctly diagnosed the problem, as we found out later, and we agreed on the money for the camera work right then and there. We also made an appointment for the next morning, a Saturday, between 10-11am. They were at my door at 10. It was raining fairly hard and I'm not sure I, if I were them, would have been on time as they had been to a previous job in some mud field. They were nice about my not being quite ready to show them the issue (at an adjacent building) and gave me the 5 minutes I needed to 'dress for success' :), without any comment or complaint at all. In fact they were complimentary about my previous day's work of trying to resolve the problem with just a old style manual feed auger that I worked for 8.5 hours. They told me that they wouldn't have felt like getting out of the sack either, after all that. Like I implied: Decent, nice and respectful people. I'll be hiring this outfit again!
