About us
Gargoyle is a veteran-owned, owner-operated exterior cleaning company serving Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Bothell, Woodinville, Renton, and Seattle. I'm Brandon Dudley. I served four years with the 75th Ranger Regiment at Fort Lewis, then spent eight years managing exterior cleaning operations across Seattle, the Eastside, and Portland before starting Gargoyle. When you hire me, I'm the one on your ladder — not a subcontractor, not a rotating crew. Services: gutter cleaning (my specialty), roof cleaning and moss removal, pressure washing, window cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. What sets me apart: firm quotes that don't change mid-job, before-and-after photos on every gutter and roof job, and roof-safe methods — I never put a pressure washer on shingles. Roof Cleaning Service
The company was great. They arrived on time, communication was respectful and quick. They explained everything clearly, provided photos of any areas that might need to be addressed. Pricing was very reasonable. They left the site looking way better than I they found it. Highly recommend.

Roof Cleaning Service
Brandon came out the same day as he gave me the quote. He was polite and courteous. He did exactly what we were hoping for. He did a great job. Cleaned up exceptionally well. He cleaned the gutters and my roof. He pointed out. Few branches that were close to the roof that caused the moss and even offered to trim them back. He didn’t charge more for this. He had a long latter so I mentioned a bulb of mine that burned out and he changed it for me for a minimal cost. I couldn’t have asked for someone better. I am just amazed when you find someone with such customer care and consideration. He treated my home like his home. He was upfront in the pricing and reasonable as well. He did a great job cleaning up and was punctual. It is so hard to find people like Brandon. Not only am I going to keep his contact details I am singing his praises. Thank you Brandon. I am so grateful to have found your company.

Window Cleaning
We had Brandon come out to clean our exterior windows, and I couldn't be happier. Not only was he very thorough with his job, but he is such a genuine pleasure to work with. He has a wonderful, friendly personality that immediately puts you at ease, along with great communication and a strong work ethic. He even cleaned our skylight while he was here! Fair pricing and top-quality work. I highly recommend him!

Great price and very thorough job!
My roof is steep and slippy metal but they were able to get up and clean no problem. They even fixed a loose gutter no extra charge. Would highlight recommend.

Powerwashing
Gargoyle did an AMAZING job with all the services they performed! From pressure washing to roof and gutter cleaning, every step was done with great care and professionalism. The technician was incredibly competent, friendly, and efficient. The best part was that when he was done, he walked the job with me, pointing out several issues related to my soffits and fascia that I would never have known needed attention unless he told me. Exactly what we needed!
