Danny was responsive and did what he said he would do when he promised. I was very pleased. The price seemed a little high, but he was the only one I was able to get to submit an estimate for the job, which really is a positive comment.

Becareful with Danny, he will tell you that, he will take care of you, he promises a lot but falls short. A few examples; he did not prime most areas in the house the paint is peeling, he gutted 2 bathrooms completely never checked to see if hot water was running, most of my windows and doors do not open/close properly thanks to his paint job, he cleaned my radiators but forgot to put the radiators back on properly so when we started the furnace water starting gushing out from everywhere. He did some plumbing where he only replaced half of the pipes and I had to get a new plumber who had to redo what he had done.

This contractor gave me a fair price and arrived at the job on time every day. The only problem I had was his workers moved a plank in my downstairs bathroom so that they would be able to access the pipes in my upstairs bathroom and didn't put the plank back.

Danny and his guys were great. They are priced a little higher than other firms but were fast and clean. Two pointers - make sure that you cover absolutely everything you want in writing up front in your contract (applies to all contractors) and you schedule final clean-up and walk through. It took a little time to get all tools, etc. out of the garage.

Great Job By Danny and his crew. Price was right where I figured it would be (went a little over budget by changing my appliances)but, all in all a pleasure to work with them. Just make sure , if you live in Belleville NJ, that you stay on top of getting all the permits from the town...(the only holdback on the bathroom remodel was the township). Would definitely call Danny again if I need further remodeling work done.
