Installed the wrong roof per contract. Not taking phone calls to rectify the project. The roof tiles they did install, the majority, are caved in from being walked on incorrectly. There is an investigation from the California state license board pending.

Jason the project manager was wonderful, and the teams that came to remove the old roof were very professional and fast, as were the installation team. I am very happy with my roof!

After the last big wind storm I knew my original roof needed attention. I met with 3 different roofing companies and chose Garner to replace the roof. Everyone I saw and spoke to from Garner were very professional and helpful along the way. They met with my insurance adjuster and, once we had the go ahead, they got to work. They were on time, efficient and my roof looks great.

They offered to arrive a day earlier to get the job finished before a storm, and originally they said it could take 2-3 days but they finished in a day and a half. Great work and I'm happy I didn't have to get on the roof myself.

Our experience includes 9 months of unlivable conditions (restricted to one-bedroom and access to the kitchen for 8 months!) In addition, this neighbor was interested in a roof replacement but after observing the workers day one advised they would never use this company. Also, one day unlicensed and unskilled worker stepped through my ceiling, he threatened to sue ME! Is this the type of company you want to work for you? So the choice is yours but understands I am not a disgruntled customer making a frivolous claim. I was forced to live in squalid conditions for 10 months until I finally refused them access to my home due to continuing damage they were doing to my brand new flooring. I have pictures from day 1 in August 2020 today they walked off Jan 2021 so this is not conjecture, it is reality and I would be happy to share all docs with anyone.

Great experience with all contacts with Garner being professional and friendly. On time with all work being completed in a timely manner. The roof looks like new again.

Update: After having their license suspended for a week, they finally settled the judgment. Garner Roofing has had its license suspended. We have been trying since June 2020 to get them to pay, and judgment and they have refused. Use at your own peril.

Excellent service from beginning to end! I can't say enough good things about the company and the people! Everyone we dealt with was over the top professional, honest, and ethical! We got a new roof from tile to comp and could not be happier. The crew (James, Timmay, and Scotty) were a dream to work with and super great! They cleaned up every day and we came home to no mess! WOW! Thanks Garner Roofing! I will tell everyone I know to use use for all their roofing and gutter needs!

Did not try to sell service that wasn't needed

We had major interior water damage. The very first dry day they were out here, removing the old roof and making our home safe and watertight. The next dry day they started the wood repair and when we had 3 days in a row of dry weather, they finished the roof. Amazing crew and company.
