The initial visit was outstanding. Brandon was clear about his recommendations. I decided to buy from him and have him install our TV/Home Theater purchases. He did not come for the installation on the date expected, explaining that his distributor did not have the TV we wanted. This was a considerable inconvenience, as we had invited guests. He and his assistant did installations five days later, and while the service took nearly four hours, the installation finally was perfect. I would recommend him, certainly, but with the caveat about when installation MUST BE accomplished.

Home Theater Surround Sound System - Install
Brandon seemed nice, professional, and knowledgeable at first, but he cut my cable going to my computer outlet, and wired it to my bedroom tv, causing a major problem, and he would not return my phonecalls and I payed him in full, and he did not complete the job I paid him in for full and he would not fix the problem

"There are one of these guys in every pros pocket. He was pleased with the install and signed a contract completion form and paid me. Out of thousands of jobs I have done in 12 years, he was by far the worst one I have ever had. I wish I passed this one up now. The cable company has the best of the best working for them. YEAH RIGHT!! He wanted me to come back after TW and Directv guys couldn't figure out his existing wiring in this guys new home. It is not my fault they don't know how to map out technology infrastructure. I was hired to install 3 LCD TV 'S, when I was finished he had 3 TV'S professionally installed and 2 audio systems."

Very professional!! They did a wonderful job of taking the time to do the job right. They did not charge by the hour so they could have goten in and out, but they took the time to make sure the job was done right and was done exactly how we wanted it. My wife and I where very please with Garner and I have already recommended them to some of my neighbors for their future needs. Thanks Brandon!!
