My impression of Unmatched Plumbing after doing business with them for the first time is really good.
Garrett was my technician. I have zero complaints. He was friendly, seemed really detailed, and up front with absolutely every step and cost involved.
Really fast dispatch time, really efficient plumber and company. Clean and organized.
Reasonably affordable pricing over all.
I will call them again. I have 3 new faucets in my house now.

Really fast response time. My whole house had a sewage back up. Unmatched Plumbing got to my house in about an hour and half from when we spoke on the phone. I personally think that is really solid for a response time. Probably the fastest home service I have ever gotten since owning a home. ALSO another bonus for Unmatched Plumbing was that the other companies closer by said they wouldn't be able to make it out to me for four to six hours, bare minimum. The technician was really friendly, very informative, he seemed like he was extremely thorough. Super fast, super clean, fair pricing for the nasty mess of a job that it was. I am highly appreciative that Unmatched Plumbing made my turn out far smoother than it started. I will call them back in the future.

On 3/31/26 I scheduled Unmatched Plumbing to address a backed?up toilet and a kitchen sink that wasn?t draining properly. Garrett arrived on time. He began by plunging and snaking the toilet. He then removed the toilet and eventually located and broke up a clog about 21 feet down the line. He also replaced the wax ring on the toilet and installed a new coupling?nut style piece on the bathroom sink.
At the end of the visit, Garrett stated the total would be a little over $1,100. Present for this conversation were myself, my mom, and my dad. My dad said he would pay and gave Garrett his credit card. However, when he checked his credit card statement, he had actually charged over $1,700 without notifying my father of the increase or providing any explanation.
My dad contacted him immediately. He simply stated that the higher amount was the correct charge. I have called and left a voicemail, and two text messages requesting an itemized invoice to justify the cost with no response.

Total Fraud, and rip off. Work not done right and now have an additional issue. I gave Garrett my card to pay $100 and he took $467. When job was completed, Garrett quoted one price and took more than quoted. Do not use this company.

Unmatched Plumbing was out to my house really fast.
My water heater was 18 years old and leaking out of the bottom. Obviously it was time for it to go.
They were polished to say the very least.
Very pleasant, informative, detailed not only in person but also on the phone.
I have told my neighbors about my experience and will have these guys back out in the future if I need any more plumbing.
For the speed of the service and quality of workmanship the price seemed more than fair.

Company answered my phone call they were the sixth company I called in my area, and praise God they were available that day otherwise the flooding and damage to my home would have probably been very bad.
The phone operator was friendly. Their initial trip fee was explained and more than affordable too. Unmatched Plumbing got to my house in probably 90 minutes. The leak that I had under my faucet was dripping / spraying everywhere. The technician was thorough, fast, informative, clean, and prepared.
I will be calling this company again. I can not be thankful enough.

Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
House well with no water. Garrett Came out, looked at kitchen faucet, then under house at well. Ran around house "checking electrical" and said well is fine it's electrical and he don't do electric. Agreed charge $100. Here less than 10 minutes. Took my card said we'd get receipt later from office. He charged us $536.00. Never was this authorized!!! Called another business next day. It WAS THE PRESSURE SWITCH ON WELL!!! total change to fix $150. Look at all reviews on all sites. he has overcharged many people and definitely scammed us.

Called Unmatched Plumbing Company. They answered the phone immediately. All the other companies were overbooked and understaffed for days or even weeks. So this was refreshing.
Technician arrived in 75 minutes ish.
The entire job took about 90 minutes maybe at most.
Pricing was trustworthy. The quality has stood the test of time. I was asked around three months after the work was done to submit a review. So obviously I am happy.
I have had Unmatched Plumbing out to my residence now a few times.
Once for a well issue and they fixed it about a year ago, and once for a leak from a toilet and they fixed this as well.
I also know my neighbor a few doors down has had them out per my recommendation and they fixed that issue as well and that has been probably six months.
I think this company is friendly, they are masterly at their craft. I again think their prices are adequate. I will call them again, and my neighbors and friends will call them too.

My toilet would not stop running. Unmatched Plumbing Company came out and fixed it in about an hour or so.
Knowledgeable, friendly, clean.
Every time I call for any issue in my house, they are here fast. They are always prepared.
Affordable pricing in my opinion especially in this economy.
I am always happy with the workmanship.
They have fixed a well problem, toilet problem, and a clog problem now for me. I will be calling them in the future I am sure.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had my water heater replaced the same day that I called. It was leaking out of the bottom where it had rusted out. Garrett was clean, thorough, and friendly. He gave the estimate before he started, and after the install was done same estimate that was the final price too. I would say that's about as transparent as a company be. I will be calling Unmatched Plumbing Company again. I do not have single complaint. I think Garrett and his company are great.

Unmatched Plumbing Company sent me Garrett to do the work.
Garrett was friendly, honest, and clean. I really do not see how anyone would not like him. His flat rate pricing ended up being exactly what he said it would be.

This guy is completly fake. Be very careful hiring him. He has no clue what he is doing. I used his service for emergency service when my well stopped working. This gettle man came in a car with home tools. He barely had any tools. I was without water so I thought I will take a chance. When he starts working on the well I realize he has no clue of what he is doing. Finally he opens all the bolts from well and he shakes the pipe and tells me the fault is on my electrical circuit and I need a electrician to fix it not a plumber. More over all the bolts are dropped in to the well, I ask him to put the bolts back, he says he does not have the parts with him. He was there for the service fee, messed up my whole well. very unethical and unprofessional person. He is a Complete fraud, I do not understand how fraudsters like this get a license. Even he has one. I had a well company (Aqua drill) come the next morning, they fixed the problem in about 1 hour.

Garrett is amazing! He came in behind two other plumbers who did not fix the problems and fixed it all. He texted me regularly to ask questions and to get approval for next steps before he completed work. He had quotes available when requested. He also checked in after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied and reminded us we had a 30 day warranty. I would highly recommend!!
