Very professional!

They told me what my pool needed, how it would be fixed, how much it would cost, how long it would take to turn it around and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Such a rare experience these days. Excellent is an understatement!

Before Garrett came out I was unable to stabilize the pool. He was patient and persistant and brought back the pool to crystal clear. Very knowledgeable and professional. So gladi hired him!

I reached out yesterday, after having difficulty finding someone to service my pool. Garrett called immediately and when I told him of my issues, he scheduled a meeting to review how to help. He's kept me advised of what needs to be done and has, in my opinion, gone above his duty to sort out my pool. I am pleased that he was recommended and would gladly refer him to anyone who needs pool services. Thank you!

GARRETT IS AN AMIABLE YOUNG MAN WHO HAS WORKED VWERY HARD TO GET THE RUST OFF MY POOL FLOOR. UNFORTUNATELY A BOLT FELL INTO THE POOL AND STARTED THE PROCESS. HE CONTINUES TO ADJUST THE CHEMICALS TO GET RID OF THE RUST AND REMOVE ANY RESIDUAL METAL. HE IS DEFINITELY 5 STARS.
