I would highly recommend this company. The response to my inquiry was immediate, and after explaining the problem with my dryer, Mr. Garrett suggested the probable diagnosis and asked for the make and model of the dryer so that he could arrive at the house with the proper parts to repair my dryer. As he inspected the dryer it was obvious he is very knowledgeable about the work he does, and after explaining to us exactly what he would be doing, accomplished the job quickly and efficiently. He was personable, courteous, and his rates were very reasonable. We will be glad to call him again for any appliance related repairs.

Mr Garrett was prompt , tidy and did knew how to correct and repair the wash machine problem. He also returned phone calls quickly. I was satisfied with his knowledge and work.

Mr. Garrett was prompt and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about my washing machine and immediately diagnosed the problem correctly. Not only was he helpful with this particular repair but also offered good advice for other appliance problems/issues. The price was very fair. He cleaned up well after taking the machine apart and putting it back together. Communication was excellent. He'll be the first service person I call in future if/when I have any more appliance problems. Highly recommended.

He was very nice and did repair our washer. My only problem with him was that he didn't get back to me with information when he said he was going to; I had to call him to find out if he was able to obtain the part and when he would arrive to install it.
