Very difficult to make contact with, does not follow through with what was agreed upon. I paid in full two months ago and nothing has been started.

They were prompt but I had the pump they replaced checked at a local motor shop and it was good. That cost us an unnecessary $350. Cannot recommend this company.

Real worker, showed up with shovel in hand. Looked for the obvious and quickly found the problem and fixed it. No BS or sales ploys, just work. Problem fixed: leaking water pipe between meter and building.
