Gary did acceptable work. The problem: he was insulting and unprofessional regarding a billing inquiry. He quoted his work on an hourly basis ($90/hr). I agreed because it was a relatively small repair. He was at my house for 5 hours but billed me for 7 hours (apparently 2 hours to pick up a few materials and dispose of one bag of trash). I emailed him and questioned whether the entire additional 2 hours was fair. The supply store and landfill are within 2 to 5 miles. His response was very insulting and immature; definitely poor customer service. I paid the full amount of the invoice but remain unsatisfied about hiring him.

Gary is a consummate professional. He answered my inquiry within an hour and came to look at the job the next day. He knows his stuff! My neighbors commented on how professional and polite his crew was - no loud music on the roof! My roof is absolutely gorgeous - and they did it in 3 days. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest bid, great workmanship and fast, efficient work!
