Showed up an hour late, but overall just fine.

The worst repair work I have even experienced. He replaced the most expensive part without testing anything. The part did not need to be replaced. I found after I hired a different reputable serviceman.

Gary and Tony called immediately after I went to Home Advisor. They arrived in 45 minutes! Gary found the cause of the leak and the appliance was fixed quickly. Gary offered to come back right away if any issues should occur in the future. Let's face it, you cannot find great customer service , pros who do a great job or have a fair price these days, but you will with Gary and Tony! Thanks, Gary and Tony, I have you on my list of favorite pros!

Sometimes it was hard to get him here but once he was here he did good work he was friendly and capable of doing the job

That they didn't show up until 3 hours later than the time that we had agreed on I had to run twice and get the part the guy he sent ran out of gas and his was angry they didn't call me the next day.I call him and they didn't put all the parts to the stove and it's not leveled the only thing what I like about this whole experience is that they haul away my old stove for free I would not call him again I will find someone else to level out my stove .

Gary came out immediately in the evening to my home to assess a broken deep freezer. He determined the issue, ordered the part and had it up and running first thing the next morning. Great Service! Thank you!

I thought the charge was high , $180 to replace small piece

Gary was available early Saturday morning after a call for refrigerator repair Friday evening. He was right on time in adverse weather conditions. He was able to find the problem and repair it quickly and easily. I highly recommend him.
