This is my second time to submit to you about my experience with All Phase Home Inspection, Inc. As I have said before, they are very good. They showed me everything what I needed to know about those problems that I will be having once I got the apartment. So I think All Phase Home Inspections are very knowledgeble, and well equipt. They came to the site ahead of time. They send me the report the next day, this means they are quick and dependable. I am satisfied with their work, and of course I will recommend them to my friends and colleague.

All Phase Home Inspection is a great family owned company. They are great at what they do and the reports are presented amazing. The gentlemen that performed my home inspection were very polite and detailed. Everything that they explained at the inspection was very detailed and put into ways that everyday people could understand. The report is written so anybody could understand it and also professionals could determine what was in need of repair. They were very patient and will answer any question during the inspection process. I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends or colleagues.

They were very quick to respond, whichever method I used to communicate with them, email or phone. They gave me a quote within 30 minutes after I finished the request even though it was a holiday. I decided to hire Gary after I read some of his comments in other inspector's blog. They were waiting for me at the inspection site on time. They answered all my questions in a professional attitude. Inspection report was delivered in pdf format next day and the printed report arrived within a few days. Overall, I did not see any flaw in their service and I could tell they were serious about what they do. I would easily hire them again.
